✨ About The Role
- The Sales & Service Lead at Alo Yoga is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by leading the sales floor team in engaging with customers, providing technical product education, and building client relationships
- This role involves analyzing reports, strategizing, and implementing action plans to drive results, focusing on areas of improvement and growth opportunities
- The Sales & Service Lead will also partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships to maximize business outcomes
- As a people leader, this role involves overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruiting and developing talent, and providing constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement
- The Sales & Service Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business execution, support company-level operations initiatives, and create a service-focused environment that sets Alo Yoga apart from other retailers

- Experienced in client-centric sales environments with at least 2 years of prior work experience, demonstrating leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills
- Values feedback and is receptive to receiving feedback, while also providing constructive feedback to team members
- High energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to effectively lead and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience
- Aligns with and embodies the guiding principles of Alo Yoga, integrating fun and work seamlessly in a retail environment
