- Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connection and technical product education
- Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting implementing action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlighting growth opportunities
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional training and well-executed business operations

- 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment with proven leadership capabilities
