✨ About The Role
- The Sales & Service Lead at Alo Yoga is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by leading the sales floor team to deliver targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction
- This role involves analyzing reports, strategizing, and implementing action plans to drive results, as well as ensuring effective sales floor coverage and workforce solutions
- The Sales & Service Lead will partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities, demonstrating strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
- As a people leader, this role involves overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, providing constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure well-executed business operations
- The Sales & Service Lead role requires open availability, working variable shifts including peak days and weekends, and being able to work during the company's Blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season

- Experienced in client-centric sales environments with at least 2 years of prior work experience, demonstrating leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills
- Values feedback and is receptive to receiving feedback, while also providing constructive feedback to drive individual growth and improvement
- High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic individual who can integrate fun and work, self-motivated with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, aligning with and embodying the guiding principles of Alo Yoga
- Ability to lead by example, inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience, and oversee recruitment and development of talent
