✨ About The Role
- Responsible for executing the business and guest experience strategy in the store, focusing on sales, guest experience, and talent development
- Lead the Sales & Service team to ensure exceptional guest experience on the floor through coaching, feedback, and workforce solutions
- Represent the business in meetings, manage budget and business data, and collaborate with the General Manager on sales planning and strategy
- Develop and lead the Sales & Service team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and guiding principles
- Oversee the execution of deliverables on the Alo Sales and Service Model, collaborate cross-functionally, and support organizational goals

- Experienced retail or related industry leader with 3-4 years of experience, passionate about driving business targets and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability, aligned with the company's guiding principles
