- The Sales & Service Manager is responsible for executing Alo's business and guest experience strategy in the store
- Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sales & Service team, building client relationships, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage
- The role involves representing the business in meetings, managing budgets and business data, and collaborating with the General Manager on sales planning
- People leadership is a crucial aspect, involving talent development, effective communication, and establishing internal and external pipelines
- The Sales & Service Manager is also expected to partner with the General Manager on implementing the Sales and Service Model, collaborating with business partners, and demonstrating a balance of business need and brand culture

- Experienced sales and service manager with a track record of meeting business targets and enhancing guest experiences in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to represent the business in meetings and with clients
- Highly motivated individual with a business owner mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of navigating a fast-paced and innovative environment
