- The Sales & Service Manager is responsible for bringing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy to life in the store
- This role involves overseeing the Sales & Service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience on the floor
- The Sales & Service Manager will partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store
- Responsibilities include investigating sales opportunities, managing the budget, and developing workforce solutions
- The role also involves leading and developing the Sales, Service, and Community team to effectively communicate Alo's mission and Guiding Principles

- Prior leadership experience in retail or a related industry is required
- Must have extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
