- Responsible for leading the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience in the store
- Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement the Sales & Service strategy
- Represent the business in meetings and manage budget, reporting, and business data
- Lead and develop the Sales, Service, and Community team to embody Alo's mission and values
- Collaborate with business partners to support organizational goals and implement the company's vision

- Experienced retail professional with 3-5 years of leadership experience in the industry
