You will build long-term relationships with new and existing business partners in the B2B sector (bicycle dealers, acoustics, and optics) in northern Germany and develop them strategically. You will plan and organize your customer appointments independently, present our innovative insurance solutions, and inspire your conversation partners to collaborate.
You will represent Alteos at trade fairs, industry events, and develop creative formats for customer acquisition and retention.
You will manage your sales pipeline efficiently using our CRM system (Hubspot) – transparently, data-driven, and goal-oriented.
You have at least three years of experience in B2B sales or field service – especially welcome are experiences in the acoustics industry, e.g., in the field of hearing aids or in the sale of medical products.
You are an organizational talent who works structured, independently, and pursues your goals with clarity and perseverance.
You have strong communication skills, convincing with charm, professionalism, and empathy – whether in a personal conversation or virtually.
You have proficient German language skills and can communicate well in English.
Insurance knowledge? Not necessarily required, but nice to have – we will teach you what you need. What is important is your openness and willingness to learn. You do not meet all the requirements?
