We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FPGA Sales Leader to drive business growth, expand market presence, and lead sales initiatives for our FPGA product line. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of FPGA technology with strong business acumen and leadership skills to identify new opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.
This role requires experience in semiconductor sales, familiarity with FPGA applications across industries (telecommunications, data centers, etc.), and the ability to communicate value at both executive and engineering levels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the FPGA sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead and mentor a team of account managers and sales engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop territory and account plans with measurable objectives.
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets.
Establish and strengthen relationships with C-level executives, engineering decision-makers, and procurement leaders.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners, distributors, and OEMs to expand FPGA adoption.
Customer Engagement
Work closely with customers to understand their system-level requirements and propose FPGA-based solutions.
Present compelling value propositions, ROI analyses, and competitive differentiators.
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding back insights to product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with applications engineers and product managers to deliver tailored solutions.
Coordinate with marketing to execute go-to-market campaigns and events.
Provide input on product roadmap based on market and customer needs.
Performance Management
Own sales pipeline forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in:
Deep technical knowledge of FPGA technology with strong business acumen.
Experience in semiconductor sales, familiarity with FPGA applications across industries (telecommunications, data centers, etc.).
Define and execute the FPGA sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead and mentor a team of account managers and sales engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
