Inside Sales Representative

Location Address: 2500 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339

Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America)

As Inside Sales Representative, you will develop, grow, and manage a book of business that coincides with Altium Packaging strategy. You will develop strong customer relationships that will enhance business between Altium Packaging and its customers. Lastly, you will be a "Subject Matter Expert" of the CRM tools in order to manage the development of the Future and Active sales lead pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Make out-bound sales calls (cold & hot) to win new customers and cross-sell products
  • Answer unsolicited inbound sales inquiries both phone and web
  • Screen inbound leads (w/M&SO) and pursue sales that meet specified criteria, by codifying the timing, specification and volume of each potential growth opportunity
  • Proactively grow SoW with smaller existing customers
  • Leverage Altium Packaging Marketing resources to identify and pursue new leads fitting key criteria
  • Call prospective customers to support lead vetting and sales opportunity analysis
  • Funnel relevant leads to Altium Packaging field sales via CRM and direct communications
  • Ensure successful transition of customers to Altium Packaging field sales when target thresholds are met
  • Review previously disqualified leads for reconsideration
  • Originate and process sales leads for qualification via CRM system
  • "Ongoing" maintenance of the CRM system in order to maintain a robust Future and Active sales pipeline

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Inside Sales
  • B2B experience
  • Product selling experience
  • CRM experience
  • Packaging industry experience
