- The Account Executive will manage the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to closing new sales opportunities within a defined territory.
- The role involves maintaining daily KPI activity and attending weekly one-on-one meetings with leadership.
- The candidate will utilize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Developing new account penetration strategies and ensuring a seamless transition from sale closing to customer onboarding are key responsibilities.
- The position may require travel for relevant conferences, tradeshows, or team meetings as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively influence and negotiate at the C-Level.
- A degree, sales certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required for this role.
