Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining a clear and structured pipeline in CRM and supporting quarterly sales planning through data and analytical tools.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue through consultative, value-driven sales conversations, using virtual selling tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and meeting defined activity and coverage targets.
- Promote Amadeus products, services, and solutions through virtual meetings, webinars, digital events, and roadshows, delivering compelling demos and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in line with approved pricing; negotiate commercial terms and close net-new, cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Coordinate and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and manage follow-ups to progress opportunities.
- Support customer onboarding and adoption using digital tools, clearly articulating Amadeus' value proposition and guiding customers through implementation processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and sharing feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to improve the customer experience.
- Actively participate in campaign-driven sales activities by managing campaign-generated leads, analyzing outcomes (e.g., webinars), and logging activities accurately in CRM.
- Monitor and manage pipeline to ensure healthy opportunity flow and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product experts to strengthen customer relationships and increase the probability of successful sales.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively qualify leads.
- Understanding of remote sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain product concepts and business value.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Basic negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within diverse, international teams.
