Inside Sales Senior Representative

What You'll Do

  1. Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining a clear, accurate, and structured pipeline in CRM and supporting quarterly sales planning through data and analytical tools.
  2. Convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue through consultative, value-driven sales conversations, using virtual selling tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and meeting defined activity and coverage targets.
  3. Promote Amadeus products, services, and solutions through virtual meetings, webinars, digital events, and roadshows, delivering compelling demos and business-focused presentations.
  4. Prepare proposals and quotations in line with approved pricing; negotiate commercial terms and successfully close net-new, cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  5. Coordinate and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and manage follow-ups to advance sales opportunities.
  6. Support customer onboarding and adoption using digital tools, clearly articulating Amadeus' value proposition and guiding customers through implementation processes.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and sharing customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Actively participate in campaign-driven sales activities by managing campaign-generated leads, analyzing outcomes (e.g., webinars), and logging all activities accurately in the CRM.
  9. Monitor and manage pipeline velocity to ensure healthy opportunity flow and achievement of sales targets.
  10. Report regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) to the Inside Sales Head (Cluster) on pipeline status, campaign progress, and market insights.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product experts across regions to strengthen customer relationships and increase the probability of successful sales.
  12. Support the onboarding and development of new Inside Sales team members through shadowing, case discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  13. Act as a product or solution champion for a specific market or customer segment, contributing actively to the global Inside Sales community and learning framework.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively qualify leads.
  • Good understanding of remote sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts and business value.
  • Proven relationship-building and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels.
  • Solid negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in handling challenging conversations.
  • Proficiency in German, English
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within diverse, international teams.
