The Technical Pre-Sales Manager will focus on supporting our Airline customers in APAC. He/She will be responsible for pre-sales activities, leading customer initiatives, identifying upsell opportunities, and effectively communicating Amadeus solutions through structured engagements such as workshops, presentations, and demonstrations. Building strong relationships with key Airline stakeholders is also a crucial part of this role.
This role requires both functional expertise in requirement management with Airline subject matter experts and strategic business understanding to engage with upper Airline management.
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 7 years in roles such as Pre-Sales, IT Sales, Sales Engineer, Product Management, or Technical Consultant, preferably within the Airline or Travel Industry.
- General knowledge and understanding of airline operations, needs, and processes, particularly where IT solutions can provide value.
- Demonstrated proficiency in presentation, consultative sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Exposure to solutioning PSS & Altea experience Reservation, ticketing and inventory, and/or DCS.
- Understands the legacy systems well to position advantages of Nevio.
- Proficiency in English, additionally Japanese and Mandarin
