About the Opportunity

As Sales and Governance Coordinator, you would be responsible for supporting the Operational Sales Manager in delivering sales tenders throughout I&AS, ensuring Amentum governance procedures are followed by all. Organization is a key part of this role to keep data and timeline deadlines on track. Tender administration and submission writing will be a large part of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Operational Sales Manager/Commercial Manager in the day to day management of Trackers, tenders and current projects;
  • Developing robust and trusting relationships with Project Managers and Clients;
  • Taking part in contract reviews;
  • Preparing bid plans;
  • Development of slide packs for governance ready to present to the business
  • Preparation of standard documentation
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Support to Project Managers/Project Engineers in resolving sales issues for the Client;
  • Developing and managing the Risks and Opportunities Register;
  • Providing robust and accurate data to feed into internal and external progress reporting;
  • Gathering lessons learnt report for future tendering activities.
