The Role

We're seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in generating qualified sales leads across Southeast Asia and scaling to international markets including Australia, the UK, and the UAE. This role is critical to building our sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns targeting enterprise and commercial property clients (malls, hospitals, airports, etc.)
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to align messaging and refine outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales reps
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Stay informed on trends in AI, robotics, and commercial automation to craft relevant messaging
  • Part time customer success management and general support for projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role
  • Proven success using outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional SEA languages are a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Experience selling or prospecting into enterprise environments or public venues is a plus
