ADI's Sales Operations Team is seeking a motivated, passionate and data driven individual to provide support to the central Operations Team. You will work on exciting operations projects ranging from financial forecasting, sales pipeline optimization, dashboarding, supply allocation, inventory management, etc. Your data analysis and programming skills will be leveraged to develop dashboards useful for solving sales operations challenges across ADI's global network.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by Sales Executives, Customer Specialists and other stakeholders.
  • Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets or outputs.
  • Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications. Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  • Identify key issues using a variety of data analysis tools and algorithms across a broad range of areas including operations, supply and demand planning, inventory optimization.
  • Define, analyze, and track key metrics using data analysis techniques to develop dashboards and assist in data driven decision making.
  • Develop, optimize & automate financial models to support efficient reporting and accurate financial forecasting.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications to create reports and develop dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management Systems or related fields. Master's preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong proficiency in big data analysis and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
