Analog Devices is seeking a motivated Lead Analyst to join the Sales Operations team in Dublin, Ireland. You will support Xactly OSM (Sales Planning) and Xactly Incent (Sales Compensation) platforms, focusing on system and business process development. Collaborating with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT, you will manage daily operations, automate processes, and drive business improvements. This role offers the chance to engage with high-priority initiatives and work across multiple levels of the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in Sales Planning and Sales Compensation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
