Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales in the US and American markets
  • Focus on non-contractual (spot/custom) business
  • Develop new dealers/distributors and support existing ones
  • Share technical data, samples, and product knowledge with dealers
  • Plan pricing and product strategy for each market segment
  • Help field sales teams with pricing and sales support
  • Work with R&D for new product development based on market needs
  • Lead the US-based sales and CRM team
  • Evaluate current distributors and appoint new ones if needed
  • Travel within North and South America as required
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of B2B international sales experience (preferably in chemicals)
    • Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor management
    • Good communication and team leadership skills
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Management)
    • Must be open to frequent travel
    • Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals is a plus
