Your tasks:
- You will take regional responsibility for the care of the existing customer base and conduct regular customer visits to expand your sales area. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets.
- You will increase the use of Antech Diagnostics In-House Systems and reference laboratory profiles to increase recurring revenues in your area.
- You will work with sales consultants in your region to increase sales of innovations in the field of laboratory diagnostics and imaging to place the entire Antech Diagnostics portfolio.
- It is an important part of your duties to inform and train your customers about products, services, and marketing campaigns. To this end, you will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Antech Diagnostics products and services.
- You are responsible for the competent explanation, demonstration, instruction, and sale of our innovative in-house laboratory systems in veterinary practices. In addition, you will support your customers with technical questions about our devices. As a direct contact for your customers, you will communicate customer needs and competitive information to marketing and sales management.
- At industry exhibitions, specialist conferences, and training courses, you will support our field team in presenting our products and services.
- Timely maintenance of customer data and creation of visit reports in the CRM system.
Your profile:
- You already have experience in managing your own sales area.
- Your sales experience can be in the animal health industry or in the sale of human medical products and/or capital goods.
- You have a completed education in the commercial or medical field or a successful bachelor's degree.
- First-hand experience in the field of laboratory diagnostics, medical technology, or a similar field is an advantage.
- You have a high degree of self-organization and always keep an eye on the completion of business transactions.
- You are a team player and communicate effectively with customers.
- For this position, German language skills at a native level and basic knowledge of English in speech and writing as well as advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential.
- The position requires a high willingness to travel by car.
