We are looking for a Responsible Commercial Laboratory (Sector Auvergne Rhône-Alpes) to accompany our development. If you are motivated, proactive and ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to get to know you!
Your missions:
- On the defined geographical area, you ensure the development of sales of the range of laboratory analyzers (biochemistry analyzers, hematology, urine...) to a clientele composed mainly of veterinary clinics and cabinets.
- Maintain, develop and expand the existing client portfolio.
- Develop, in collaboration with your manager, a growth strategy on the area you are responsible for.
- Build and implement a prospecting plan on this territory, in line with the commercial strategy.
- Discover needs and present adapted solutions with high-value products.
- Negotiate assertively to meet or exceed your objectives.
- Represent the company and be the guarantor of the success and development of its products and image in your sector by proposing/presenting investment goods.
- Conduct competitive and technological surveillance and share this information with the entire company.
- Use our CRM Salesforce and its tools and ensure regular reporting of your activities.
Competence and skills:
- Higher education in commercial management/sales either:
- A Master's degree (Bac+5), justifying an internship or commercial experience of at least 2 years preferably in the industry and in a complex environment with a scientific/medical dimension
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, ideally in investment goods and/or medical/paramedical or veterinary equipment in a complex and competitive environment
- You have excellent communication and relationship skills
- Your ability to listen and analyze, coupled with a perfect knowledge of our products, allows you to gain and maintain the trust of our customers
- You like to handle and install devices with professionals in the veterinary sector to demonstrate technical performance and strengthen proximity with our network
- A true specialist, persevering and enthusiastic, you become the reference on your sector and the privileged link between our customers and our company
- Exchanges in English are occasionally required.
