- The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of customer-facing Account Managers in the South East region, focusing on franchise expansion and launch into Nephrology. - This role involves developing and implementing local sales business plans to ensure market penetration and share growth. - The RSD will track regional performance rigorously and explore new opportunities for enhancing existing plans. - The position requires managing the region's budget and executing strategic spending effectively. - The RSD will also be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent sales professionals, particularly those with experience in Nephrology, Hematology, and rare diseases.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of front-line sales management experience and 6+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry. - A proven track record of expanding and leading high-performing sales teams is essential, particularly in the context of product launches and growth initiatives. - Candidates should possess strong business planning, organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Effective collaboration and communication skills are crucial, as the role requires building strong internal relationships and engaging with key customers. - A strong clinical acumen is necessary to communicate complex scientific data effectively.
