Regional Sales Manager

Apex Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a leading insurance technology partner. This fully onsite role in Irving, TX is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for relationship-building and strategic growth. You'll lead the expansion of the agency network in the Northeast region, acting as the primary liaison between the company and its agency partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities/typical day look like:

  • Assist with onboarding new agencies to the platform
  • Promote insurance products to independent agencies to drive premium and policy growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency decision-makers, producers, CSRs, and support staff
  • Present effectively in group settings such as webinars and training sessions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on underwriting guidelines and procedures
  • Collaborate with customer service and underwriting teams to resolve agent and policyholder issues
  • Create and manage performance tracking reports in Excel
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
  • Analyze territory performance and recommend strategic adjustments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in P&C insurance, mortgage industry sales, or business development
  • Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours as needed
