We're looking for our very first Founding SDR: someone who's hungry to learn, curious about technology, and excited by the idea of helping build a sales motion from the ground up. This isn't just another entry-level sales job. You'll be part of a small, entrepreneurial team that's rethinking how companies buy technology in Tennessee, Mississippi and across the US, from Telecom to SaaS to Security.
Own the top of the funnel: prospect, cold call, and generate qualified meetings.
Build your own pipeline and run high-velocity outreach across phone, email, and social.
Partner closely with a Sr. Principal Consultant, joining call clinics and daily coaching.
Book and confirm meetings, keep CRM notes sharp, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Show up at monthly marketing/sales events, demo the tech, and represent the brand.
Share feedback on what's working (and what's not); your voice will help shape the playbook.
0–1 year of SDR or sales support experience (or customer-facing work where you learned to hustle).
Comfortable making calls, writing concise messages, and handling objections.
A resourceful, curious self-starter who can build lists, craft outreach, and learn fast.
Coachable and gritty; you take feedback and turn it into results.
Interest in technology (software, telecom, security, AI, or anything in between).
30 Days: You're prospecting, booking your first meetings, and learning the tools.
60 Days: You're hitting your activity targets with growing consistency.
90 Days: You're exceeding KPIs and helping shape how we scale the SDR function.
