In this position, you will manage our B2B segment for one of Apple's largest carrier resellers of iPhone. You will partner internally and externally to formulate, present, and implement strategies and grow the business, leveraging your deep understanding of the carrier business and industry to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and create momentum. Through your deep relationship building skills and passion for solution-based selling, you will facilitate interactions and help negotiate deals across Apple product lines within Apple Business, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Background in technology sales, solution based selling, account development, and/or similar function developing channel growth strategies with partners. Commercial experience in carrier, wireless, and/or telecom business environment. Experience working with businesses across SMB, Enterprise, and/or Public Sector. Deep knowledge and understanding of the carrier business (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.). Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills. Passion for Apple technology with the curiosity to uncover new leads, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive for results. Ability to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to create solutions and accelerate business growth. Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiations. Laser-focus on customers and partners.
8+ years of related experience. MBA is a plus. Strategic thought leadership to inspire and influence across various levels and functions. Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what matters. High level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what's right. Familiarity with the wireless carrier market is highly preferred.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,200 and $192,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
