In this role, you will partner with numerous cross functional business and product teams to design workflow and technical solutions that support the sales and sales finance teams in driving Apple's multi-billion dollar demand generation strategy. You will lead initiatives from concept through launch, identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions to solve them along the way. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery with measurable outcomes. To start, your scope will focus on transforming the business process of demand generation execution, from deal approval to term sheet creation to payment, as well as the associated contra-revenue accruals and forecast process. You will partner with worldwide and regional finance leads, operations, legal, and engineering to drive workflow optimization through process, data and technology solutions. You'll lean heavily on your creative problem solving, project management, and influence and execution skills to drive process standardization and best practice implementation with the goal of saving time, improving controls and enabling analytics and AI in this space.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,300 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
