Apple's Sales organization in Canada is looking to discover the next great creator and problem solver through an 18-month Early Career Talent Development Program, based in Toronto. This program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career by diving into real-world problems and developing essential skills. You will engage in three assignments throughout our corporate Sales organization, exploring three different career roles. This will provide multiple opportunities to refine your professional talents, interact with Apple leaders, and gain valuable work experience across diverse products and client groups, while honing in on where you might want to focus your career intentions. After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of career paths within Apple, such as business development, account management, sales operations, channel sales, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, leveraging the Sales foundation you will have built. You'll discover that people are at the heart of Apple. Throughout the 18 months, you'll be supported by mentors and managers who want you to succeed. You'll collaborate with some of the best minds in the world, learn from them, and they expect to learn from you, too. We believe that when we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives together. This full-time position starts July 6, 2026 and will run for approximately 18 months. Description

In this position, you will embark on an 18-month rotational journey designed to immerse you in critical aspects of our Sales and Business Development functions. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, tackle real-world challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of how Apple drives revenue, builds customer relationships, and expands market presence. During your rotations, you may work within a range of business units, including:

  • Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: You will focus on identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expanding Apple's reach in Canada. You will learn how to research market trends, analyze potential growth areas, and build compelling business cases to drive new business.
  • Account Management & Channel Sales: You will gain hands-on experience in managing relationships with key partners, resellers, or enterprise clients. You will learn strategies for driving sales, supporting product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various sales channels, understanding the unique needs of different customer segments.
  • Sales Planning & Operations: You will dive into the strategic and analytical side of sales, learning how insights inform sales decisions and drive efficiency. You will contribute to forecasting, performance analysis, sales process optimization, and developing data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.

At the end of the program, you will have a Sales foundation and will be well-prepared to be considered for available roles at Apple, equipped with diverse experience and a strong network. While the program offers exposure to various sales business functions, no specific degree or experience in Sales is a prerequisite for this role.
