Description

A unique opportunity exists for an extraordinary individual to contribute to the strategy development for sales of Apple products in Indonesia whilst business managing the execution. Through a deep understanding of the country's customer and channel landscapes, the Business Development Manager will innovate to improve capabilities, performance and decision-making of Apple Indonesia and represent it to Apple South East Asia and World Wide. The role also plays a pivotal role in developing affordability options with banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert of Indonesian business context
  • Analyze and identify issues and opportunities to develop locally relevant solutions
  • Deliver weekly, quarterly and yearly business plans
  • Lead local business development projects, encompassing products and affordability options
  • Lead local execution of innovations with all account managers
  • Develop close working relationships with relevant extended Apple team and collaborate with them to deliver for Apple's customers and partners
  • Develop close working relationships with the senior representatives of financial institutions and inspire them to collaborate

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years of MNC consulting experience in Indonesia, accountable for revenue outcome, preferably with experience in client side
  • Successful experience in managing complex business environment with more than one business partners/customers and building tailor made solutions
  • Demonstrated superior communication, relationship building, influencing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work through ambiguity with integrity
