A unique opportunity exists for an outstanding individual to lead a team of highly motivated individuals and find opportunities and develop strong growth plans resulting in delivering a phenomenal customer experience and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem for Philippines. This role as a Monobrand Channel Sales Lead focused on not just crafting and implementing the strategic plan for growing our Mono Channel's footprints and sales in the country, but also to collaborate and develop deep, strategic relationships with our key Mono partners. This role is responsible for the offline, online and distribution Mono channels in the Philippines. The individual should possess strong leadership skill and be experienced in senior leaderships stakeholder management, to drive the culture of excellence, collaboration and partnership and grow Apple business.
Lead the Mono account team to build deep, strategic relationships with senior management of key Mono Partners, ensuring Apple is top-of-mind in their business plans and obtain their commitment on strategy, directions and goals with Apple. Expand and develop Key Partners' capabilities to ensure amazing customer experience, impeccable Apple merchandising and presence and strong advocacy for Apple products and services in Partners' physical and online stores. Demonstrate deep understanding of the market landscape and trends, and develop strategic plans to expand and grow Apple's footprints and business in the Mono Channel. Monitor key performance indicators that support growth, drive forecasts on the overall health of your Partners and lead account managers to hold regular performance and planning reviews with key partners. Lead the Monobrand account team to ensure aggressive drive to sales target and ensure execution of strategic plans is cascaded to practical sales actions. Collaborate and work closely with Apple internal stakeholders from Operations to Sales Support and Marketing, to advocate Monobrand Channel's strategies and drive support for Key Partners' to ensure success.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. At least 8-10 years of experience in Technology/Consumer/Lifestyle – related industry preferred. Demonstrated consultative experience developing channel growth strategies with partners where you've balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future. Experienced in C-level stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to connect with and influence key partners, and drive business objectives through key relationships. Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading and motivating team members to drive towards common goals. Proven track record in the delivery of aggressive growth targets.
Possess extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. A great team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with open dialogue and debate. Ability to manage ambiguity. Genuine passion and excitement for Apple' products.
