Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of the largest BPO companies worldwide, supporting a campaign on behalf of a leading global enterprise technology company specializing in professional networking and B2B digital solutions. As an SDR, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective business clients, playing a key role in generating interest and driving awareness around a suite of tools designed to support sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential B2B leads across various industries and regions using digital prospecting tools and platforms.
  • Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (via professional networking platforms, email, and phone) to engage with decision-makers such as HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Sales leaders.
  • Initiate meaningful and insightful conversations to uncover needs, qualify leads, and assess potential business fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the client's internal sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead status, and interactions in the CRM system.
