We are now looking for driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives to expand our presence across the Canadian market. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential —ideal for experienced sales professionals who want flexibility and high rewards.

What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and approach businesses across Canada
• Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Present Appoint Staffing's services clearly and confidently
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored outsourcing solutions
• Close deals and manage client follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred)
• Experience selling services within the Canadian market is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English (French is a strong asset, especially for Quebec)
• Access to your own tools (phone, internet, CRM, etc.)
• Existing sales network is an advantage but not mandatory
