We are expanding our presence in Quebec, particularly the Greater Montreal Area, and are seeking motivated, commission-based Sales Representatives who understand the local market and can build strong relationships with Quebec-based businesses.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for sales professionals who are confident, self-driven, and fluent in French.

What you'll do:

• Identify and approach businesses across Montreal and Quebec
• Prospect through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Present Appoint Staffing's outsourcing services clearly and professionally
• Understand client needs and recommend customized staffing solutions
• Close deals and manage follow-ups with decision-makers
• Build long-term relationships with Quebec-based clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience selling in the Quebec market is a strong asset
• Fluency in French (mandatory); English is a strong plus

• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Access to your own tools (phone, internet, CRM, etc.)
• Existing Quebec business network is an advantage (not mandatory)
