Vice President of Sales

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Vice President of Sales for a leading wholesale distribution company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Base Salary: $102,000 per year

Bonus opportunity available after successful completion of probationary period

Travel expense reimbursement

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Vice President of Sales Responsibilities

• Manage and re-establish relationships with existing accounts
• Identify and pursue new sales channels, accounts, and industry segments
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Represent the company at trade shows and visit customers as needed (travel required)
• Serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader in all aspects of the sales process

Vice President of Sales Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in wholesale distribution

• Industry experience with Rent-to-Own businesses or appliance dealers is a strong plus

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to grow and lead sales teams

• Self-starter with strong organizational and strategic planning abilities

• Willingness to travel regularly for trade shows and client meetings

Job Type: Full-time, temporary to hire
