Warehouse Counter Sales Bilingual Position

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Counter Sales Bilingual for a company based in Fort Worth, Tx. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide professional and quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities

• Confidently assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center.

• Accurately process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter.

• Verify the Pick Ticket ship date is the date the material is picked up by the customer, update accordingly, and obtain customer signature before releasing material.

• Work with the PCM to establish revenue and margin targets.

• Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager and any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk.

Job Title Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, verbal communication, and generous listening skills.

• Must be able to cross train.

• Must have basic computer skills as well as basic math skills.

• Must be able to operate warehouse material-handling equipment.

• Must be able to ask probing questions to understand customer needs, overcome objections by recommending profitable solutions, and ask for the order.
