The Front Desk Sales Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for clients at the Medical Spa, responsible for creating a positive first impression. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. It requires a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and efficient multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and registration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Take before pictures of clients
• Provide information about services, products, and promotions offered at the Medical Spa.
• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients by keeping the front desk area, waiting area, and coffee bar clean and stocked accordingly.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Maintain and update client records in the system.
• Process payments.
• Address client concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Seek client feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for improvement.
• Sign off on packages and put away received products. Break down boxes and remove all trash at the end of the day.
• Review reward points for patients scheduled the following business day and update notes to ease in the check-in/out process.
• Register customers for loyalty rewards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in customer service, reception, Health & Wellness, or beauty product sales a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer applications and scheduling software
• Motivated to be your best, and a team player
• Occasionally asked to work in Turlock and Stockton locations.
