Reporting to the Director Sales Operations, this position requires strong project management and communication skills, and consistent achievement of defined goals and objectives. The high-level, high-impact projects this individual will be responsible for will help ensure the success and efficacy of the Sales Enablement team.
The Program Manager, Sales Enablement will develop, manage and deliver multiple project plans to meet the industry-specific needs of the global sales force. You will be an enablement partner for our Sales team, working directly with key stakeholders to organize training, oversee and measure effectiveness of programs, and encourage uniformity of processes.
You preferably have experience in technical sales, sales enablement, Instructional Design, Virtual and Face-to-Face workshop facilitation, and coaching. Technically oriented with strong business acumen. Drives work to complete with solid project and program management skills.
