Job Description

Sales and Onboarding Support Specialist - Chicago, IL ADM Investor Services, Inc. This is an exempt level position. Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and customer-centric Sales and Onboarding Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the post-sales customer journey, facilitating a smooth transition. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and product knowledge, ensuring new customers are set up for long-term success. Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients and introducing brokers through the onboarding process
  • Conduct initial welcome and discovery calls for both customers and brokers
  • Collaborate with other departments through onboarding process
  • Proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks for customers
  • Project manage internal and outside transfers
  • Track metrics on new accounts
  • Work with Sales group on lead metrics
  • Ability to drive business growth by cultivating strong, positive and professional relationships with customers, Introducing Brokers and prospects.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 1 year of future and options industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills: The capability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities: A proactive and analytical mindset to identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation or orientation.
  • Technical aptitude: Proficiency with common software and the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$64,000.00 - $120,000.00
