Sales Operations Administrator

Location: Bengaluru, India

Hours: 2pm –11pm IST (Local Time)

About the Role

The Sales Operations Administrator is a critical thinker who is ready to dig in and take a key role in supporting our sales teams by creating renewal quotes, supporting sales reps, and maintaining data accuracy. This position will play a cross functional role between Sales Team, Manufacturing, Channel Team, Operations, and Billing.

Responsibilities

- Support Customer Success team by managing contract cycle and building renewal quotes

- Ensure deal structure is in alignment with the contracted subscriptions to be renewed

- Respond to CSM inquiries related to quotes, orders, and invoices

- Follow up as required to manage process through booking of renewal, including order processing as needed

- Verify that the data from contracts is aligned to the financial models and that the appropriate approvals are in place.

- Serve as a data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce.

- Support various aspects of the quote-to-cash cycle as needed, including opportunity creation and order management

Who You Are

- Excellent verbal/written communication skills

- Motivated, organized, self-starter

- Process and quality oriented with attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

- 4 or more years' experience in sales operations

- Salesforce.com experience required

- Prior experience working with quoting, subscriptions and contracts

- Prior experience working with channel partners a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
