Inside Sales Senior Associate

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Senior Associate to join our team. This individual will work in conjunction with senior client facing sales professionals to help facilitate all aspects of new client onboarding and current client retention and satisfaction. Specifically, will work to develop new, and maintain existing relationships with research analysts and due diligence professionals at RIA firms and within Bank Trust departments. This individual will communicate with financial professionals on a wide range of capital market developments and investment related topics including portfolio process and philosophy, positioning, and performance.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with external sales professionals to drive sales and increase market share in the territory.
- Effectively profile sales territories, help to establish lists of qualified prospects and execute on an agreed upon sales plan.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales efforts to raise awareness of Aristotle's investment solutions.
- Respond to inbound calls and emails as well as other client service requests. Organization, professionalism and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks is imperative.
- Strategically position Aristotle's investment strategies within the context of the capital markets as well as relative to competitor's offerings.
- Continually build and maintain a working knowledge of Aristotle's investment management practices, policies and products. The role requires the ability to position the firm's investment philosophy, product differentiation and competitive analyses in group and one-on-one presentations.
- Remain current on events that impact our clients including industry and general market trends.
- Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of financial intermediary relationships, custodial platforms and investment vehicles (SMA, model delivery, TAMPs, mutual funds, etc).
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant financial services work experience: required.
- Experience in investment management or client service/sales support within the financial services industry, specifically RIA, required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.
- Series 7 required: or the ability to obtain the Series 7 within 6 months of being hired.
- Series 6, 63, or 66: strongly desired.
- CFA, CFP or MBA (or progress towards), desired.
- Clean U4/5.
- Natural interest in financial services sales and the financial markets.
- Exceptional communication, writing and listening skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and execute responsibilities independently.
- Polished, ambitious, and professional.
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and timely follow through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with software including Salesforce, StyleADVISOR: preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus discretionary bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state. This position requires working in-office and can be located at our offices in Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA, or Boston, MA.
