About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our large law firm customer base, focusing on new business development. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and sales expertise. We are seeking a highly motivated B2B sales professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software subscriptions, ideally within the Legal Tech, to senior professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, opportunity creation, and closing
  • Maintaining a tight record of all outbound prospecting and sales activity
  • Planning own territory or account approach, and managing own resources
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of viable opportunities with timely follow-up of all leads, ensuring closure
  • Working closely with our Marketing and Sales leadership to convey market insights and sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Display proven experience in generating new business sales in a complex buyer organization
  • Have solid understanding and use of strategic selling techniques and CRM systems
  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams and externally
  • Have impressive communication and organizational skills with a tenacious executive presence

Salary Range

The base salary for candidates in California is $98,500. The base salary for candidates in Colorado is $85,500. All candidates will have an additional, uncapped annual commission target of $85,500 (broken down and paid monthly).
