Sales Territory Manager – Medical Device

Location: Phoenix, AZ Type: Full-time | Base + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts in your territory.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR/SPD staff, and hospital leaders.
• Represent the company at trade shows and professional events.
• Support clinical integration and train staff on product use.
• Manage pipeline and forecast sales using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics, spine, SPD, or related surgical specialties preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to educate medical staff.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% in your territory.
