The role of the Business Sales & Delivery Leader is to build strategic partnerships for long-term client success. As a member of the market's senior leadership team, you will report to the Regional VP of the market. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the market's overall client expansion plan. You will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of clients of over $5M in revenue. To be successful, you must be able to establish trust, confidence and partnership – for the purpose of identification and capture of new business and technical opportunities. You must also be proficient in understanding and documenting client expectations to ensure attainment, identify risks and develop/implement remediation plans.
