As the Sales Development Intern, you will play a critical role in becoming the engine behind the Confluent Sales Team. You will work closely with our SDR Global Leadership team on projects to improve internal processes and increase pipeline generation. The SDR organization at Confluent fuels pipeline generation for the global Sales organization and develops strong, future AE talent. As a member of the SDR team you will learn the sales fundamentals and how a Sales Development organization operates effectively.
