Sales Operations Specialist

As a Sales Operations Specialist you'll be responsible to keeping a number of sales operations processes running efficiently. You will primarily work in Hubspot, some in Google Sheets, and will keep our sales organization supported. In addition to maintaining daily operations running smoothly, you will identify improvements to processes and conduct research on new solutions.

Telephony and Email Reliability - Make sure our phone lines and inboxes are working and monitored to mitigate spam designations

CRM Dashboarding - Creating, maintaining, and cloning dashboards as directed

CRM Workflows - Maintaining, debugging, and creating new workflows as needed

Ad-hoc Data Question and Systems Issues Resolution - Investigate and resolve issues and provide findings to ad hoc questions asked by sales teams

Hubspot Training for Sales & Marketing Teams - Maintain and iterate on Hubspot training for SDRs and AEs

Documentation Updates - Keeping internal docs and sheets up to date with important data

1-2 years in a sales operations (sales ops) role

Strong working understanding of Hubspot, as this is the system we work in, or mastery of Salesforce and can learn Hubspot quickly

BA/BS degree preferred but not required

Fitness Enthusiast: You've worked in a fitness studio and understand the ins and outs of studio software (bonus if you've used Arketa or MindBody)

Diligent: You're able to maintain a steady focus on tasks that require accuracy and paying attention to details

Strong Communicator: You can easily connect with people, articulate ideas clearly in both written and verbal communication, and excel at building rapport

Grit & Determination: You're someone who doesn't shy away from the challenge of persistence and knows that each conversation, whether immediate or down the road, brings you closer to making a real impact. You thrive on connecting with people and are excited to overcome obstacles to drive results

Organized & Driven: You can manage multiple priorities—whether it's tracking leads, emails, calls, or social outreach—and you're resourceful in problem-solving to meet business needs. You'll keep your work updated in Hubspot and our sales software tools

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $45,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer equity and performance-based bonuses as part of our total compensation package. We believe in compensating fairly and transparently, and we're happy to provide more detail during the interview process.
