Forecast Management - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level.

Order Management - Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand.

Inventory Management - Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts.

Diploma or Degree in any fields.

At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role.

Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers).

Proficient with Microsoft office software's, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro).

Independent and proactive, ability to complete work under moderate supervision.

Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.

Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
