We are strengthening our team with an Inside Sales Representative (M/W/D).
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the entire customer service of a defined customer base
- Competent telephone support and consultation of customers
- Calculation and creation of offers including follow-up
- Expansion of customer relationships
- Close cooperation with the outside sales department
- Active participation in achieving sales targets
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training
- Professional experience in the sales sector (technical background is advantageous)
- Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
- Excellent communication and excellent negotiation skills
- Openness and customer-oriented work
- Motivation and enjoyment of working in a diverse team
