As part of its growth, ARROW BSC is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Team Leader (German speaker).
What you will be doing at Arrow:
- Provide clear direction and guidance to team members
- Identify and address team member training needs
- Facilitate open and effective communication within the team
- Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes
- Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators
