We are strengthening our team in Freiburg with a Regional Sales Manager (M/W/D).

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership, support, and motivation of internal and external staff, as well as their development
• Budget planning and realization
• Market observation and evaluation
• Key account expansion and development of potential new customers
• Support of staff for focus and key customers
• Conceptual organization and execution of independent sales programs, as well as customer and manufacturer seminars
• Development of customer care strategies in coordination with marketing, manufacturers, and management
• Building and maintaining relationships with the most important regional manufacturer representatives and customers
• Analysis of company-relevant processes at customer sites to identify cost reduction and optimization potential in cooperative collaboration with the customer
• Negotiation of contract data with customers
• Analysis and evaluation of customer article portfolios and realization of customer-specific presentations

Your Profile

• Completed business or technological studies or a comparable completed qualification
• In-depth professional experience in the sales of electronic components
• Experience in leading a team and in the corresponding personnel responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Diligence, open-mindedness, and an empathetic personality
• A friendly demeanor and customer-oriented work
• Motivation, ambition, and resilience
