About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our operations team at Arrow Electronics. The ideal candidate will play a role in managing the coordination and execution of logistics operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring the efficient movement of goods, optimizing transportation and distribution processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to achieve delivery and cost objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound shipments).
2. Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
3. Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange shipments and resolve issues.
4. Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics-related documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with customs, transportation, and safety regulations.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
7. Monitor logistics and generate reports.
8. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
9. Handle logistics for both domestic and international shipments.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Good English level required.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Desire knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations (for global logistics roles).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
