About the Role

In this role, you will act as the vital link to support sales functions across different business units, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.

This role involves cross-training to support and execute diverse processes across departments, requiring adaptability and collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and smooth transitions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in cross-functional training to gain expertise in multiple processes and workflows.
• Follow up strategies for efficient and on-time support.
• Manage multiple customer support activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience; or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
• Acts as an informal resource for colleagues.
• Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24,808.33 - $27,289.16 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
